Exchange and return policy

/ Returns are only available for handmade products made in the “Craft Hub” within 24 hours of purchasing them, provided that they are in their original condition.

/ There is no return or exchange for any product after opening it from the package. (Products must be in their original packaging).

/ There are no refunds for patrons and books.

/ There is no return or exchange for a product ordered by meters or parts of a meter. Such as: fabrics, cloth, fillings, papers, etc

/ There is no return or exchange for threads of all types due to the nature of the product.
